Alternative Gossip Mini Skirt with Ribbon Lacing

This alternative mini skirt is printed with gossip magazine and newspaper titles such as "Latest news...... Woman marries pet guinea pig".  The skirt has a broad 4 inch waistband which is detailed with black ribbon lacing through eyelets at the centre front and sides.  The skirt zips to the back.  The newspaper print skirt is trimmed with gathered black mesh and there is an inner skirt also trimmed with mesh.  This tiny skirt measures 13 inches long.
