This gorgeous long gothic blouse top (or mini dress) is by Bares by Fashion-X clothing.  The centre and side panels are burgundy velvet with cord lace-up and black brocade trimming.  The back and side panels are stretchy black velvet.  The neckline is trimmed with black lace.

The sleeves are black net and flare at the wrists.
