BLACK Bustle Hobble Gothic Victorian Skirt

This stylish gothic victorian skirt is made from black cotton and it is full lined.  It has a double layer hem, each layer trimmed with 3" black lace.  It zips to the side.  This is such a versatile skirt as the back can be gathered up using the invisible internal ribbon drawstring to adjust the height of the bustle, or skirt can be worn down for a classic hour glass fishtail effect.   95% cotton/5% spandex; machine wash.  Approx. length: 39.5 inches.
