Black Lycra Crinoline Hooped Petticoat Skirt

Wear this black lycra crinoline hooped skirt to add volume to long skirts, including our long mesh skirt, to give an elegant victorian appearance.  The crinoline skirt is ideal for formal outfits such as evening gowns and gothic wedding dresses.  In the photograph a separate skirt is worn over the crinoline skirt, this is not sold with this skirt.  The plastic hoop is packed separately from the skirt and the customer inserts this into the skirt.
