A stunning black velvet skirt which is shorter at the front (32 inches) than the back (inches). The upper section of the skirt is black velvet whereas the lower part is trimmed with frills of black lace on black satin. The skirt has an elasticated waistband 30-36 inches (approx UK 8-14).
