This is a gorgeous punk/gothic mini skirt made by Dark Star by Jordash Clothing. It has two zips at the lower front, and one at the centre back, which open to reveal purple and black striped inserts. It also has a striped strap from front to back attached by silver loops and clips. It zips to the side. Measurements:
