This elegant hour glass gothic victorian skirt is made from red cotton and it is fully lined.  Each of the lower layers is trimmed with 3" black lace.  This gothic skirt zips to the side.  This is such a versatile skirt as the back can be gathered up using the invisible internal ribbon drawstring to adjust the height of the bustle, or skirt can be worn down for a classic hour glass fishtail effect.  95% cotton/5% spandex; machine wash.
