This pretty gothic/alternative vest dress is by Hell Bunny clothing.  The top is black satin, with black lace overlay under the bust.  There is a black satin bow at the centre front and ribbon strips down the seams.  The back is plain black satin, and slightly elasticated around the top.  The top is trimmed with black lace.  The thin velvet straps are adjustable and the top has a hidden zip to the side.

The sumptuous above-knee full skirt consists of 4 layers.  Two outer tulle-mesh layers which are trimmed with black lace, an inner net layer and a petticoat layer.
