Gorgeous gothic mini-top hat.  Fluffy black ostrich pom and a few coque feathers adorn this felt mini top hat.  The hat has an optional dramatic black spotted widow veil sweeping the face and is trimmed with black organza ribbon and black satin flowers.  A handcrafted striking gothic/burlesque mini top hat by Nocturnis.  The hat is attached to a hair slide to allow perfect position on the head.

Please allow 7-10 days for dispatch as this hat is custom made.  Choose from Black/Poppy Red (as shown in the photographs), Black/Emperor Purple or Black/Black.
