Dolly-47 ladies black gothic/lolita platform shoes by Pleaser USA.  Made from shiny PVC.  Mid-platform shoes with black satin ribbon threaded through the frame of the shoe.  The heel is 5" and the thick platform sole is approximately 1.5".

Dolly-47 is also available in matt black PU with red ribbon.

Please note that it is advisable to increase your regular shoe size by 1 when ordering high heels.  If you have particularly wide feet you may need to increase by two sizes.
