Postage Rates
If you purchase and pay for your order before midday on a week day your order will be posted that day. Orders placed after midday, bank holidays and weekends are posted the following working day.
ALL items are in stock unless stated otherwise.
We do not post on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Within the UK: UK postage is a flat rate of £2.95. All items mailed within the UK will normally be sent Royal Mail First Class if price is below £25 and First Class Recorded Delivery if over £25. Royal Mail aim to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed.
If you require guaranteed next day delivery please select Special Delivery at checkout. The Special Delivery option applies for orders placed before midday and for orders less than 2kg. Orders placed after midday will be posted the following weekday using Special Delivery. The flat rate for Special Delivery is £7.50. Please note that we only post Monday-Friday. Therefore a purchase placed on a Friday afternoon will be posted the following Monday to arrive on Tuesday. Special Delivery is only guaranteed for week-day delivery, and not Saturdays.
Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is available for £9.95.
For European buyers: Postage and packaging (P&P) is £8.50 for the first item and then £2 for each additional item paid for on the same invoice (ie. £8.50 for one item, £10.50 for 2 items, £12.50 for 3 items). We send European parcels using Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For. Royal Mail aim to deliver International Signed For Airmail within three working days to Western Europe and four working days to Eastern Europe, but please allow up to 14 days. If you require quicker delivery please contact us for a courier quote, which will cost more. We cannot dispatch to PO Boxes as a signature is required by Royal Mail and couriers.
For buyers outside of Europe (USA, Canada, Asia etc), P&P is £12.00 for the first item and then £3 for each additional item paid for on the same invoice. We send international parcels using Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For. Royal Mail aim to deliver International Signed For Airmail within five working days to international locations outside Europe, but please allow up to 14 days. If you require quicker delivery please contact us for a courier quote, which will cost more but may be delayed in customs.
Important Notice: Postage to USA usually takes 5-10 days, but please note that there may be further delays of up to 2 weeks. Since Nov 2010 the United States Department of Homeland Security is continuing to require increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, some mail entering the US from around the world, and including the UK, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes, causing delays.
For large heavy orders we reserve the right to amend shipping charges and we will send a Paypal payment request for the extra postage....or you may cancel the order. Some of our heavier items are marked not available to buyers outside EU as postage of these items is exorbitant and we wish to keep postage rates of the lighter typical orders as low as possbile. But, please contact us if you require a quote for the heavier items.
We send all Interational parcels by Airmail International Signed For or courier (usually Parceline or UPS) so a signature is required upon receipt. If an order consists of multiple items we may send 2 separate packages. We cannot dispatch to PO Boxes as a signature is required by Royal Mail and couriers.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay local customs fees, import tax etc. We do not falsify information on the customs form as this is illegal.
