This long and very full gothic prom rara skirt has an outer layer of tiered black mesh and an inner layer of black velvet with mesh frill at the hem. The skirt has a lovely sheen to it where the shiny velvet is visible through the mesh. This gothic skirt has an elasticated waist. S/M waist 24-28" (UK8/10), M/L waist is 26-32" (UK12/14).
