Cancellation and returns: You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in future. If you cancel, your must return the goods to us at your own expense. Please return to the address on the invoice, including the entire invoice. Please ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us to prevent deterioration or damage, and that the goods are packaged adequately. Any returned clothing MUST have all tags attached and be in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of clothing that are covered in pet fur or makeup, that are dirty or that stink of smoke, these items will be returned to you. If the item is faulty please write a note about the fault on the invoice and please state whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will refund the postage for the return of faulty goods. Once the item is received by us we can either replace the item (with the same item or same item in different size, if in stock) or we will give you a refund of the cost of the item. If an item is damaged in the post we will either refund you once it has been returned to us at your expense, or we will complete the Royal Mail claim forms which we will forward to you.
