This punk gothic wrap short mini skirt has a satin layer with black lace trim and a black net layer with lace trim. It is reversible....wear the net or the satin on the outside. The skirt has a broad black cotton waistband which measures approx 10cm deep. The skirt is available in 2 lengths, 13" and 17". The total length of the waistband excluding ribbons is approx 30" (76cm) so some thigh is exposed when the long broad ribbons are tied to one side.... therefore this skirt is better for the slimmer girl as some ladies return it saying that there's too much thigh exposed.
