Description
This long and very full gothic prom petticoat skirt has an outer layer of soft tiered black mesh and an inner layer of soft black fabric with black mesh frill at the hem. This gothic skirt has an elasticated waist.
The petticoat skirt can be worn alone or under skirts and dresses to add volume, as shown in some of the photos.
Measurements:Below are the measurements of the elasticated waistband, it can be stretched a further 14 inches or so.
SM=26in, ML=28in, LXL=30in, XLXXL=32in, 2X3X=34inches.
Length approx 40 inches.

Exactly what I wanted and even more, the photo doesn't show the beautiful satin finish and it fit presently. I bought it to use as a petticoat but I've found myself wearing ot as a skirt alone.
It really changes the look of a dress and skirt and makes it warmer to wear in winter.
It's a personal must have!
